Winter is coming…. As we head into the cooler months in the Southern Hemisphere the catwalks are assembling to showcase the latest collections from designers worldwide. We had the pleasure of attending the Casper & Pearl A/W 15 ‘ABRACADABRA’ campaign at the Freemasons Hall in Adelaide, South Australia.

The collection has strong witchcraft magic themes but is carefully blended with a vibrant colour palette consisting of pale pinks, bottle greens and red and white gingham. Every floral detailing is printed from photographs that were taken from the Adelaide Botanic Gardens which really roots this collection to its native origins.

This was Stacey Hendrickson‘s first solo exhibition and what a success it was with around 300 in attendance. The models provided by Azalea Models did a great job and worked the room with great confidence of the brand. The heritage listed venue itself was quite awe-inspiring with its grand features and black/white chequered tiled floor. A large constructed feature wall for the event certainly caught the eye as well, decorated with native flowers and flora to compliment the collection.
